Terms and conditions
- Customers must pay 70% at the time of booking and the remaining 30% no later than 39 days prior to the trip.
- If the customer books less than 39 days before the trip, foll payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be granted after the final payment is made, which is 39 days prior to the trip.
- Customers may change the travel date once, provided the change is made before the final payment (39 days prior to the tour).
- All optional activities must be added before the 39-day mark and are subject to availability and pricing at the destination at the time of booking.
- The price does not include travel insurance. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance. Any accidents or hospital-related expenses at the destination, as well as travel restrictions and vaccination requirements, are the customer’s responsibility. Goodtime Travel can provide information, but customers are 100% responsible for fulfilling these requirements themselves.
- The package does not include visas or responsibilities related to travel restrictions. Customers are solely responsible for applying for visas and meeting destination requirements before arrival. Goodtime Travel will provide information from official sources online. Visa services are not included.
- The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary. Any such changes will be communicated and notified to customers accordingly.
- Force majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, operational issues, etc.), if tours or excursions are canceled by Goodtime Travel, customers are entitled to a 100% refund to their original payment account.
- If customers are unable to join the tour due to personal reasons (e.g., oversleeping, fatigue, early departure), the full cost will be charged and considered a no-show.
- All prices are charged in euros. Customers are responsible for any currency exchange rates and related fees.
- Customers are liable for any damage to property, as well as any costs related to illegal activities or deviations from the itinerary. This includes rules regarding smoking, alcohol consumption, and unlawful conduct. Tour operators have the right to remove customers from the tour, and in such cases, a 100% penalty of the tour price will apply.
